These Terms and Conditions govern your registration, participation, and presence at the upcoming hackathon event organized through our official website located at https://wth.archeridge.com/. By registering for the event or utilizing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following legal clauses and operational guidelines.

1. Registration and Eligibility

All applicants must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable details during the registration process. Participation is open to individuals who fulfill the age and professional or educational requirements specified on the main portal. The organizing committee reserves the sole right to accept, reject, or cancel any registration at any point without assigning prior reasons.

2. Payment Terms

All registration fees and ticket charges are collected securely via our integrated payment processor, Razorpay. Registrations are only considered valid once the transaction is fully authorized and completed. Any disputes, unauthorized charges, or transaction failures should be immediately brought to the attention of our support team.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We maintain a structured policy regarding cancellations to ensure systemic fairness and optimal resource management for all participants:

- No Refunds on Confirmed Registrations: Once a registration fee has been successfully processed, it cannot be refunded under standard circumstances due to advance operational costs and venue allocations.
- Event Postponement or Rescheduling: In the rare occurrence that the hackathon is postponed or rescheduled by the management, your registration will automatically remain valid for the newly announced dates. Alternatively, if the new dates are unviable for you, a full refund can be claimed by writing to our team within seven business days of the announcement.
- Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled entirely by the organizers due to unforeseen administrative reasons or force majeure, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their ticket amount. The refund will be automatically initiated and credited back to the original source account via Razorpay within 5 to 7 operational working days.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional integrity, respect, and collaboration. Plagiarism, pre-existing projects presented as fresh builds, harassment, or malicious disruption of the event environment will lead to immediate disqualification and removal from the platform or venue without a refund.

5. Privacy and Data Security

We respect your privacy. The personal information gathered during registration (such as name, email address, contact number, and academic or professional affiliations) is used strictly for organizing, coordinating, and managing the event. Your transaction and payment details are processed directly via secure payment tokens by Razorpay and are never stored on our local infrastructure.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions, conflicts, or claims arising out of or relating to this event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
