Form your team
Create a team as leader (you can go solo) or join one with an invite code or a join request the leader accepts. Teams have 1 to 4 members. The leader then pays one ₹620 fee for the team, which locks the roster.

After paying, submit your idea. Feedback starts early, and top idea teams earn a travel grant (T&C apply). You get one submission, so make it count.

Can I register alone?
Yes. Create your account first, then create a team later or join another team using their invite code.
Who should pay?
The team leader pays one ₹620 fee for the whole team (1 to 4 members) — there is no separate per-person payment. Membership stays flexible until the team pays.
Can members be changed?
Yes, freely, until your team pays. Before payment you can leave, join another team, create a team, or dissolve a solo team any number of times. Once the leader pays the ₹620 fee the roster locks and nobody can leave — though a paid team can still add members, up to 4.
Are prizes public?
Not yet. The prize pool, partner rewards, and special perks will be revealed closer to the event.
How many people can be in one team?
A team can be 1 to 4 members — you can even go solo. A paid team can still add members later, up to 4.
Can one person use multiple accounts?
No. Use one account per participant so team, payment, and idea details stay clean for review.
When does my team officially count?
Only paid teams count at freeze, whatever the size. The team leader pays one Rs. 620 team fee.
When should we submit our idea?
Pay the team fee first, then submit one idea per team. Organisers may review both idea and team details.
When will venue and reporting details be shared?
Final venue and reporting details will be shared after confirmation.
